Core Competencies
In- Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) Support;
Omni2Max Inc. provides assistance and support with compiling and reviewing system readiness and performance data; develops metric and trend reports for systems engineering analysis and for reporting at readiness and system performance briefings. We have the knowledge and understanding of the requirements to liaison with senior level personnel, Fleet support organizations, Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), System Commands (SYSCOMs), Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and ISEA Managers.

Omni2Max Inc. has the in-depth knowledge and understanding with writing the In-Service Engineering policies, Afloat and Ashore CASREP policies and responsible for the implementation with several other program initiatives.

Help Desk Management and Customer Relations Management;
We have in-depth knowledge and experience in the management and day-to-day operations of the Navy's enterprise DS Help Desk Customer Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructure, ensuring that the infrastructure meets Navy DS requirements, business rules, and the shared data environment (SDE) requirements for customer requests for assistance. Omni2Max Inc, has written Navy Shared Data Environment (SDE) and Distance Support business rules and policies

Program Management and System Engineering Support;
Providing years of experience in program management Omni2Max is very efficient in performing necessary activities of program management and offers sound strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals. We believe in the understanding the bigger picture and drilling down into designing the strategic path to achieve the program’s goal.
Omni2Max has Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified level III professionals in Program Management and System Engineering that provide system engineering solutions, analytical and technical support services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial business. Network Solutions / Information Technology;
We offer information technology services to help meet your businesses short-term and long-term solutions. Omni2max has the in-depth experience in design, development, implementation, support or management of information systems. We understand the organizational requirement, through proper planning and implementation, we will ensure that your organization maximizes their technology solutions.

Global Positioning Systems:
We provide an analysis of engineering requirements, planning, scheduling, inventory tracking of all Global Positioning Systems (GPS) User Equipment (UE), installation schedules, identified funding (various appropriations) deficiencies/surpluses and other related technical services. We have supported organizations such as ; the Navy’s GPS Joint Program Office, Naval Aviation Command Support, Fleet and sponsor interface as required. We provide Research and have assisted with the development of Program Organizational Management (POM) submissions to (1) upgrade the various GPS receivers to incorporate new security architecture, and (2) enhance future sustainment efforts. We supported and researched the next generation GPS through GPS Modernization programs. Omni2max knows and understand the JCIDS / CJCS Capabilities Development Document formats and processes.

Logistics Management;
Omni2Max understand the logistic elements, we offer superior support in all areas including documentation preparation, inventory management and training. Using the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodologies is a discipline Omni2max easily incorporates into supportable system with a robust customer service (logistic) concept at the lowest cost and in line with reliability, availability, maintainability and other requirements as defined. We address these aspects of supportability during acquisition, but also throughout the operational life cycle of the system. We use and managed the following aspect of the logistics concept;

We use all elements of ILS in coordination with our system engineering efforts. We focus on the planning for ILS for a system that may be contained in an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP). Our ILS planning activities coincide with development of the system acquisition strategies, and the program will be tailored accordingly.
